Fitness Diary: Turbulence Training For Lower Abs

I did Workout B yesterday. It looked pretty easy but it was a killer. The side plank was torture to hold that position for 45 seconds. The left side was especially tough.

I am aching and sore everywhere. What does not kill you will only make you stronger (I hope!)
